Digital wound care
Jodacare was at Hack for Health in Kongsberg last spring. We won an award for our idea of using a head camera to help diabetic patients with ulcers on their feet. What we wanted was to significantly reduce the number of amputations. The project is now underway in Vestre Viken with both the municipality and the hospital. We are looking forward to seeing the results. Want to read more then see here.
Dementia-friendly Jodabook
With the help of SINTEF we made Jodabook. Jodabook is a version of Jodacare that is customized for the user. It is also dementia friendly. It means a lot for the user to access their own information and their own experiences. Photos shared by family and by staff where you live. Read more about the project from SINTEF here. Bydugnad in Oslo
Jodacare and Noisolation, together with Sopra Steria, were allowed to create a solution to help older people with dementia in Oslo get a better overview of their day. When we asked both the elderly and relatives of the elderly with dementia what was most important to them, the answer was routines. To know what is going to happen every day and to have a common thread in their lives. Read more about what the municipality of Oslo wants for its inhabitants here. (Norwegian text.)
